My squat still feels bad, so I made Sean take this video.



I don't feel tight throughout the movement, and I think that's evident from how I look when I unrack the bar. Idk. Somebody tell me one thing I could do better next time I squat.

  1. Not a bad squat, much improved actually.

    But you still need to focus on arching hard. You're tending to lean forward a little more than you need to, and I think that's due to a back thats looser than need be.

    Arch harder in the hole than you do when you set up. Also focus on keeping your chest up and driving your head back into the bar. Focusing on these things should help you feel "tight".

    Also, get a fucking belt.
