Stretch, and Neck bridges on a stability ball (front and back) to finish the day.
Cardio (steady state):
3 miles of roadwork in just under 30min.

My understanding of WS DE work is that you should keep reps to 3 or less so you can focus on speed. I'd have to find it again, but I think to add volume to speed work you can just do multiple sets of low reps at the same weight.
